Keith John Davies (born 1966 in Wales), Director & Consultant

Keith has over 22 years experience in the IT and Telecommunications Industry, and has lately added a new field of work - the Healthcare Industry. In 2007 he successfully carried out the Project Management for a Billing Systems Upgrade for a Fixed Line Operator in Romania. He is has more recently been working with the NHS in Cheltenham, UK

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the Queen Mary College, London and started his career in the UK Defense & Avionics Industry (Thomson Marconi Sonar Ltd) as a Software Engineer and was an IT Manager for over 10 years.

He then moved on to sunnier locations, namely Panama, Rio de Janeiro and Recife, to lead data migration projects (TIM, Iridium) and step in as operations manager (Cable & Wireless, Iridium). After all that sun it was back to cooler climates - Boston and Vienna - where he successfully managed projects in the Voice Activated Personal Assistant field (Wildfire Communications) as well as a large Data Migration Implementation (ONE).

From 2002 onwards Keith has mainly stayed back home in the UK, working on Business Development (MTPH Ltd), Technical Consultancy in the WiFi area (Claribel Ltd. for Quiconnect) and data migration in the healthcare sector (BT Consulting & Systems Integration and Gloucestershire Health Community).

After formation of KDS Consulting Limited in November 2006 Keith worked for a Telcommunications company in Romania, & has been working with the NHS in Cheltenham .

Dagmar Schiffrer (born 1972 in Austria), Director and Consultant

Dagmar has over 10 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. She holds an MBA from the University of Graz in Austria and her fields of expertise include Startup Programme Support Office Management, Programme Office Implementation and Programme and Project Management/Consulting.

She started her career with “ONE”, at the time Austria’s second privately owned Mobile Telecommunications startup, as an employee from the first hour, where she became familiar with Programme Management Techniques as well as Marketing/Sales and Customer Care Programme Management.

In late 1999 she joined Orange Plc. in the UK, where she was part of the International team and focused on Launch Programme Management for subsidiaries across Europe and general Programme/Project Management, as well as how to establish Best Practice in the Programme (Support Office) Management area. Her international assignments included Holland, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland and the USA (Wildfire Inc.). Shorter assignments at home in the UK included IT related initiatives (creation of a Group Intranet), and assignments within Orange SA, namely Corporate Strategy and Human Resources (Reporting Management).

After 5 years in Orange she joined T-Mobile International/Germany on an ad interim basis to drive forward a Mobile TV application development, which was showcased at CeBIT (a consumer electronics fair in Hannover, Germany) in 2006.

In January 2007 Dagmar carried out some work for a Romanian Telecommunications Company. She is currently working for a Media Company, working in the UK & Europe.

Dagmar is fluent in English and German and has a good command of spoken French.
